Complete renovation and expansion of the space (approximately 400 sq m)

This project involved the complete renovation of a 400 sq m property, originally constructed of concrete and brick. Our team undertook a complete transformation, while maintaining the integrity of the original structure. The goal was to breathe new life into the existing framework, while incorporating new, contemporary elements that enhance both functionality and lifestyle.

What did we do:

Structural preservation and reuse:
We retained all existing structural elements, carefully reusing them to align with the new design vision, seamlessly combining the old with the new.

New additions:

A brand new, secluded office space was constructed at the rear of the property.

A stylish outdoor barbecue area

A welcoming gazebo and seating area for relaxation and entertainment

Hardware and design improvements:
for the new additions, adding warmth and character to the modern extension. The contrast of natural wood with the existing concrete and bricks creates a timeless yet contemporary aesthetic.

Energy efficiency:
We also took a progressive approach to insulation, significantly improving the energy efficiency and comfort of the property throughout the year.

Timetable:
The complete renovation and expansion were completed within 16 months.
